Terms & Conditions



  • All Products on our Website are available to be delivered in PL15,PL16, PL17, PL19, EX21, EX22, EX23 postcodes (products may vary from time to time due to stock and seasonal availability)

  • All Products are subject to availability, if we are unable to provide a certain product, we reserve the right to replace the item for a similar product which has the same value and quality without notice.

  • In the case that we are not able to provide the product or a replacement to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as it is reasonable to do so and reimburse your payment in full and in any occasion no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.



  • Throughout order process you will be required to provide us with your personal details, including correct postcode, with those of the planned recipient and all required payment details. We accept most major credit and debit cards. By clicking on the ‘complete order’ button on the order form, you are giving permission to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in the these Terms and Conditions on the Online site.

  • Submitting your order form will be subject to our acceptance of this proposal and we will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you unless we have sent you a confirmation of order delivery by email. This is not the email sent on submission of the order.



  • Prices include VAT



  • The same day delivery service is only within areas listed PL15, PL16, PL17, PL19, EX20, EX21, EX22 when an order is placed by 11am, orders placed after 11am will be delivered the next working day.

  • We are only able to deliver to the recipient when ordering. If you submit a different "shipping" address on the PayPal payment section this will NOT be used. We will only use the first address given on our online store, we accept no responsibility for any different information input on the payment section and shall be released from our obligations under these terms and conditions. 

  • On acceptance by us of your Order Form we will advise you by email confirmation of the planned delivery date. We will process all order forms received on a Sunday or Public holiday the next working day. We do not deliver on Sundays or Public holidays unless its Mothers day or Valentines day in this case we will deliver the product you request on the next working day.

  • Incorrectly submitting your personal details and those of intended make sure you have the correct details of the recipient including full address, postcode and daytime telephone number also correct email address and day time telephone number of yourself so we can inform you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

  • In the event of delivering to particular locations where a third party is involved such as hotels, offices, shops and other business locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation will be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.

  • Whilst we agree to use all reasonable effort to make sure that delivery will be on the requested date you acknowledge that in a very rare event delivery on the requested terms will not be possible. In such circumstances you will be given prior notice wherever possible and we shall either in the first instance make alternative arrangements or shall reimburse your payment in full.

  • Please note that we are only accountable for delivering against signature to the address you quote or a safe place/ imminent neighbour if no one is at home. We regret that where goods have been delivered correctly we can not accept responsibility if the planned recipient has moved or lives elsewhere and the existing refuses or fails to return item/items.

  • When the delivery driver is unable to find someone to accept the delivery they will either find a safe place to leave the item or with a neighbour in close proximity if this is not possible a card will be left for the recipient to make contact.

  • In the event of there being problems in delivering your order to the planned recipient we reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide on the order form.


  • Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before the planned delivery date

  • Because of the perishable type of products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly. We recommend you make any complaint within 1 working day of the date of delivery or planned delivery of your purchase.


  • Whilst we agree to use our reasonable power to ensure that this online site and the online store is completely operational and fault free we cannot guarantee this and consequently accept no responsibility for any defects and/or disruption of the online site and the online service and shall be released from our obligations under these terms and conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which makes the supply of the online site and the online service unachievable or impractical.
